2006 38m z putz having issues with the boom down being superslow and bouncing when folding up,have changed holding valves and swapped stackvalves and it does it no matter what ,trying to get a couple of ideas. |

Check the boom high pressure filter, if it is plugged oil will bypass and go to tank this can make things slow and bounce.
Also you say you have already changed the Monoblock. Piston or rod side? Did you get it from PM for the correct location on the boom ? They are position oriented for flow and pressure, changing with one that has the wrong flow or pressure is a bad thing.
It is also important to bleed the signal lines, both directions.
Is it just the A down that’s slow? Is it slow if you run the hand valve manually?

reprogramming doesnt do anything , and yes the block was from putz all correct direction and flow good,bled its the piston side valve that we changed. |
