ok big dogs , i need some sound advise, so the company i came to work for well known for being a top knotch comp. isstarting to do some of the practices that the company i left do, dont wanna bad name anybody,so what do i do ? do i stick it out and hope things get better, or do i swallow mypride and go back to were i was, at least there i know what to expect. these troubled times are pretty stressful and one can make a bad choice too quickly, im hoping some of you seasoned vets could give me some words of encourage ment, |

Toper, Absolutely a tough call.If it were me, I would go where I was more comfortable at, at least that way hopefully the stress level would hopefully be less. If there are some higher ups at the new place to where you can vent your concerns withouht namimg names since you are the new guy maybe they can change things before its too late... |

Life is better at Cheers - where everybody knows your name. Being the FNG with problems makes you the odd man out. If they will have you back, go back. This advice from an old pump gypsy. ;~) |
