can u or can u not hang a 20 foot wall pipe off a 34 m.

I have done it before the only thing is too make sure the jib is straight down and pump slow.

I would suggest that you call the people that made the pump and ask their engineering folks that question. I would be interested in the answer.

Yeah call them, most man. specs call for a max of a 3meter hose off the end of the boom and no more. But we all have done much more. Can you say 30' trimee? % INCH AT THAT!

as long as the tip is hanging down lift with the main and the third i personally have picked 105' off of a 32

A 105' trimmie pipe off a 32 meter or a flex hose? If a trimmie pipe did your boom fold back up in the cradle properly at the end of the day and was it crane assist or straight off your boom?

We only run Max on a 32 meter a 30'pipe, 36  to a 42 meter 40' and on a 52 or larger 50' but on all these if only the tip section is hanging straight down and we buy just so the pipes lighter and it last a pretty long time Exhaust tubing, a 40' pipe weighs about 225 pounds.

you can run a 20' wall pipe but if you can try to find some of this exhaust tubing it cost $2-$4 a foot they come in 20' sections so your looking at $40 to $80 a pipe and for the 4" heavy duty end or whatever your running another $45 but make sure you have a certified welder or someone that knows how to weld put the end on and also weld a hook (like on the conforms 5 to 4 reducer) on the pipe so you can put a strap on there from your short 4" hose to the pipe for safety if you don't put this hook on you have a bigger chance of your pipe falling in to the wall if your clamp blows and the strap has no where to catch on. If you pump slow and don't have to much pumping pressure on the pipe it will last you a good year. If you have to use the regular 4" heavy duty pipe as a wall pipe try to find the lightest pipes you have because if you run new or farely new pipes it will be way to heavy for your boom.

If im not mistaken a 32 meter has 105 ft of vertical reach. So how in the world did you move that thing around or get it into any kind of a wall?

crane set it into the hole then i pulled it out ,because of the head pressure the mud picked/pushed it up 10' chain hose the rest of it was pipe no more than 25' away from hole in order to move it around thats the easy part laying it down without bending the boom is the hard part

and no it wasnt muffler tubbing sch 20
