What are you doing with your unused concrete after the job?

Pumpers--what are you doing with your unused concrete after the job? It’s a real problem. It has been ever since concrete pumping began. You can’t leave it in a hopper. You’ve got to dump it fast and get on to the next job. Not many good options to choose from.

What a Dilemma - Roadside clean-out is just trouble. Pumping back into the ready truck creates costly plugs. Speeding across town before the concrete sets is realistically and legally not a good idea. What’s worse, your customer, the contractor, ends up with the costly removal of YOUR mess. Not a good customer service move.

Help has Arrived! - Now, Enviro-Systems, Inc., an environmental products and services company, brings you a groundbreaking concrete clean-out system. Take control of waste from concrete line pumps, deck placers and ready mix – virtually any concrete system – with the revolutionary EnviroSac bag.

FEATURE & BENEFITS

Use EnviroSac bags for all your concrete clean-out and wash-out needs. Call Enviro-Systems today at 800-851-3082 and discover how EnviroSac bags will revolutionize the way you do business.

These bags are pretty slick. You can cram a couple of them into almost any compartment on your unit. They don't take up much space.

I saw a picture here on the site last week or so of a clean out pile with re-bar handles sticking out of it. I appreciated the sentiment, just trying to make things easier for the guy to pick it up. The reality is that "no good deed goes un-punished". If the cleanout falls apart while being lifted by the handles, the people that put the handles in place are liable for the damage to life and limb. Not fair? No, not really, just the way it is. The bags have handles, but they are engineered, and there is an instruction tag on how to use them, AND if they don't work, well, the problem belongs to the guy that makes the bags; NOT YOU.

These things really work, I have seen them in use many times and really, I don't know why everyone doesn't have a couple stashed on their pump.

Don't have a place to put them? Tie wrap one around a boom pipe. ;~)
