Looks like the end to a harpon or something.  Must have been in the sand they dug up for the mix.  Thought they filtered that though.  I have seen some weird crap come though, but nothing that odd.

I think it's one of those things firemen use but not for sure.

RM Plant loaded this into my boom before when i was pumping flyash. Job went fine, pumped the whole 20 yards, but when i went to pull the ball back, the ball got hung up and wouldnt come back. Had to pull all the elbows off and found this in one of them jammed sideways

I have had a dead bird stop on top of my grate, thank god. Also had a can of coke pass through my whole system and get plugged in my 2.5" reducer perfectly. No idea how it got through the grates.

Ya I've had a cat make it thru once....it always amazes me how some stuff ever even makes it thru the grate!

I catch drivers all the time lifting my grate to shove balls of concrete in there, and one a guy trying to pull somethimg out with the auger going

good thing you have a hopper grate switch that shuts everything off.... right?? hehe

i found these under a pile of concrete on my hopper grate. not a clue what that thing is.

That looks like some kinda puller or something. That's deff a weird one!

Our technologist was taking samples and left some of his personal gear on top of the mixing

machine at the plant, wich fell down in to the machine...

So when the driver came out on the site and the guys was gone check the concrete first his hard hat came, with name on it and everything, then his goggles, next the gloves and more.

Then the customers were wondering where the rest of the guy is. :D

one day we were fixing a water pipeline for the aggregate water sprinkles and we forgot the sprinkles on the aggregates then the loader loaded it to the batching plant then to the truck then the pump operator found it on the screen at the top of hopper

some times maintenance people forgot tools near the plant but i remember one time we found a big outer ring for a bearing belong to the aggregate crusher it stuck at the reducer pipe of 63 pump and other piece in stucks in the s elbow inside the boom of 42 putz pump .it is a bad memories  

seems like some drivers are being lazy seen a few trucks like that but most of em are pretty clean
