We have had the warmest winter in history. But when you live in the coldest area you still get cold. We have 12" of clean ice. I've been the only one driving my pick up out every night. Must be the crazy pumper in me? Ed the camera technique does those fish justice.. South Tex i tried the bake method with those fish. I have to say they were some of the best tasting i have had. The way i cooked them is : Pre heat your oven to 450 degrees, lightly bread and salt your fish (no egg needed) lightly spray grease a cookie sheet place the fish on and lightly spray the top of them. Bake for 10-12 minutes and they're done.. No greasy mess, and even healthy. oh yeah squirt with lemon when eating. |
