does anyone have any info on how to find a job in iraq, dubai or some other middleeastern country where the workis still busy....i mean i figure ya gottaa rebuild all the things that the militay blew up...lol

Talked to  a Kiwi I know today who has worked in Kuwait, Iraq etc... He said the best thing to do is get on the web and check the websites of the "major" players in the industry... ie Parson, Washington Group, Bechtel etc... He also said to check major employment websites such as Monster... Good luck guys!
