On the good days my hopper can get as low as 1 wheel barrow of mud and on the bad driver days I get about 1/3 of a meter or close to 1/2 a yard. I am just curious how much or little comes out of the big machines. Are all hoppers the same size? I think all Concords are 600 Liters. But I am not sure. |

Bob Specs are fine but incase you have never noticed the amount that comes out of a hopper is a bit different than the specs. Thanks for your opinion anyways. |

newby i would have to say that the amount of mix left over in your hopper depnds on if you can pump out.i run a 55m and usually wash out about 1/2 a hopper maybe 4 wheelbaroughs. on line jobs again if you can pump out and blow out you will have minimal but as you probbably already know its not often any more to just pomp out and blow out. oh ya i mostly wet it up considerably mix up by pumping foreward 4or 5 strokes then reverse til the hopper is ful. this i do several times then i pumpout and suck back my sponge. my wash out is usually a breeze no matter how long i've been pumping. off site washouts i always mix in retarder before pumping out. |
