ACE Q4 PAT at Rs 9.87 cr

Action Construction Equipment, ACE has announced its Q4 and FY08 numbers. It has posted profit after tax, PAT of Rs 9.87 crore for the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 7.02 crore in same quarter of last year. Net Sales went up at Rs 122.27 crore versus Rs 83.48 crore. OPM declined at 7.87% versus 9.11%.

ACE is a leading player in the mobile cranes business Apart from cranes, the company markets tower cranes, both fixed and mobile, forklift trucks and backhoe loaders. It is adding new products to its portfolio to capture a greater wallet-share of clients. It is planning an entry into concrete pumps, crawler cranes, piling rigs and tractors. It is also adding capacities by modifying assembly lines Company is currently modifying its production lines to increase capacities at each of its plants. Company has guided to a Rs150m-200m capex each year for the next three years.
