SCHWING AMERICA APPOINTS NEW SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER 2005
Schwing America, Inc., White Bear, MN, recently appointed Jim Dickerman to a new position as the Sales Application Engineer. Dickerman will work with Schwing’s dealer network and directly with Schwing customers to help develop customized pumping and placing systems.
Dickerman has been an active participant in the concrete industry since 1996. Working for his father’s general contracting firm as a concrete finisher, he gained an understanding and appreciation for concrete construction.
Dickerman studied Engineering at South Dakota State University. Soon after graduation in 2001, Dickerman joined Schwing as a mixer demonstrator, working with sales and engineering on the rapidly expanding concrete mixer division. Eventually, he was moved to Schwing’s engineering department, where he worked for the manufacturer as a Project Engineer. Since March 2004, he has specialized in separate placing booms, consulting with customers and contractors on project needs, and assisting with product improvements.
