SCHWING AMERICA INTRODUCES HBV-260 2006
Schwing recently expanded their popular hydraulic ball valve line with the introduction of the HBV 260. “We’ve designed the HHBV 260 to do one thing,” says Enrique Gomez, Chief Engineer of Schwing’s line pump division, “and that’s provide all of the simplicity of a ball valve with the performance of a hydraulic pump.”
With 6” x 39” chromed cylinders and up to 1100 psi pressure, this new line pump is capable of output to 70 cubic yards per hour pumping up to ½-inch aggregate mixes. Proven open loop hydraulics guarantee long-term, trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance. Ball valve sequencing of the manifold is a simple, easy to maintain method that appeals to most grout pumpers. A 68-horsepower diesel engine packs a punch with all of the reliability of Schwing’s larger pumps in a smaller package for all around versatility.
