SCHWING PARTS AND SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM ENHANCED 2004

Schwing America, Inc., headquartered in White Bear, MN, recently added years of experience and extensive product knowledge to their national parts and service teams. The company also spread out their knowledge to a company store.

Larry Hoffman, a 20-year parts professional for Schwing, recently transferred from the company’s White Bear plant to join the sales and service team in Dallas, TX. “His company and product experience make him a very valuable addition to the team in the south,” said Tony Haider, Vice President of Customer Service.

Hoffman joins 10-year veteran Lorenzo De La Cruz at the Dallas location. The combination of their parts experience guarantees excellent customer service for the central southern region. Haider also recently welcomed three new employees to Schwing’s spare parts support division at the White Bear counter, bringing the team roster to ten.

Charlie Solie, a 15-year Schwing employee, moved to the customer service counter. Rick Denesen, a 6-year employee with the manufacturer, was transferred from the warehouse to the customer service area. Greg Schlussler, a 20-year veteran in the auto retail and parts industry, was also hired into the spare parts division.

“These guys have the experience and the product knowledge we need to ensure our customers receive the service and support they deserve,” said Haider.

With the new additions, Schwing’s national spare parts division totals 24 employees.

Schwing also recently welcomed certified boom inspector Tom Hening to the south central region and service representative Alberto Santiago to the Southeast.
